BBQ chicken calzone

I found this on All recipes website. It looks good so I am going to try it. My sister makes good calzones. She just makes the pizza dough in her bread maker instead of buying pre-made. BBQ Chicken Calzones Original recipe yield:4 servings PREP TIME 20 Min COOK TIME 25 Min READY IN 45 Min Ingredients 4 slices bacon 1/2 small onion, chopped 3 cups shredded, cooked chicken breast meat 2/3 cup barbeque sauce 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Fry bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Remove from the pan to drain on paper towels; crumble. Add the onion and shredded chicken to the hot bacon grease in the pan. Fry over medium heat until onion is tender. Stir in 1/3 cup of barbeque sauce, and remove from the heat. Mix in the cooked bacon. Roll the pizza crust dough out onto a greased cookie sheet. I am making these for the YW activity tonight. I am in charge of Personal Progress activities once a month. Tonight the Patriarch is coming to talk to the youth about Patriarchal blessings. Here is the recipe. They are good. Nieman Marcus Cookies (Recipe may be halved) And I halved it. 2 cups butter 4 cups flour 2 tsp. soda 2 cups sugar 5 cups blended Oatmeal *** 24 oz. chocolate chips 2 cups brown sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 8 oz. Hershey Bar (grated) 4 eggs. 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. vanilla 3 cups chopped nuts (your choice) * Measure oatmeal and blend in a blender to a fine powder. Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips, Hershey Bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.
